Item I          Approve Minutes   - Approve of minutes tabled until next meeting

Item II Articles – Special Town Meeting Article 5 – Water Main project $200,000. Mr. Amico indicated that he had spoken with Water Commissioner Bruce Young.  The Water Commissioners have reduced the cost of the project from $200,000 to $100,000 and plan to use the MTBE funds.  The Board briefly reviewed its discussion with the water department when it presented the articles in April.  The two groups agreed that half the cost of the project would come from Water Surplus and half would come from MTBE.  The Board felt that if the project was only going to cost $100,000, then half should come from water surplus and half from MTBE.

MOTION by Amico, second by Howard to recommend that 50% of the cost of the water main project be paid through water surplus and 50% from MTBE settlement.  Voted 5 – 0

Item III        Executive Session Chairman Egan announced the Board would be going into Executive Session under Item #3 – Litigation.
